Our Family Picnic is taking place on Thursday, April 20. This is a fun family event where parents/parent figures can come and eat lunch and play at recess with their students. Parents can bring lunch, blankets and chairs to sit on, and any other picnic items!
Since we are not splitting our picnic into two days, as in years past, please be aware of the following:
Parking will be limited. Please only park in designated parking spots. Do NOT park in the drop zone in the west lot, or in the preschool drop off zone, or in the bus zone in the east lot. Remember, we have morning and afternoon preschool and kindergarten classes that will be starting and ending during this event, so there will be parents and busses that need to come and go. We recommend walking or carpooling to the school!
This event will be held outside.
Lunch will be served for students in the lunchroom according to the schedule on the attached flyer. If a student does not need a hot lunch, they do not need to come through the lunchroom. The schedule below shows each grade level’s lunch period.
