Woodstock is located in the southeast corner of Granite School District and serves students from the Cottonwood Network of schools in grades K-5. We also serve preschool age students through Granite School District Preschool Services. Woodstock also serves as an Advanced Learning Center (ALC) for gifted students. We currently have ALC classes in grades 1st – 4th and will be adding a 5th grade class in 2020-21.
Woodstock serves about 475 students from kindergarten through 5th grade.
Computers and technology
Woodstock is committed to the use of technology in the classroom. We currently have 1 Chromebook for every student in grades 1st through 5th. Teachers receive monthly professional development to continue learning innovative ways to incorporate technology into teaching and learning. In addition, every classroom at Woodstock is equipped with a LCD projector and surround sound system used in daily instruction. The school also has two PC computer labs, as well as sets of iPads for small group instruction.
Woodstock offers several after school programs that support the development of STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Arts Mathematics) learning.
