Counseling Resources
-Use SafeUT to chat with a licensed counselor or share a safety concern:
- The SafeUT Crisis Chat and Tip Line is a statewide service that provides real-time crisis intervention to youth through live chat and a confidential tip program.
- Licensed clinicians in our 24/7 crisis line call center respond to all incoming chats and calls by providing supportive or crisis counseling, suicide prevention, and referral services.
- They can help anyone with emotional crises, bullying, relationship problems, mental health, or suicide-related issues.

Financial/Housing/Food Resources
-Cottonwood Teen Wellness Center:
- This resource is available for any student in need of clothing, food, laundry facilities, shower facilities, as well as mental health resources.
- The Teen Center entrance can be found in the left side of the Cottonwood cafeteria, near the back windows.

- Mondays and Thursdays 2:05-2:30 PM.

- To get vouchers for clothing, shoes, backpacks, and other support, go here.
