Enrollment appointments are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Drop-ins: If you cannot schedule an appointment, please visit the Counseling Center. The office staff will help you schedule an appointment with the registrar.
Seniors new to Cottonwood: Seniors must meet with a counselor or administrator (during summer office hours) to enroll. Please speak to our registrar to schedule a time.
Required Enrollment Documents:
The following documents are required to enroll your student. We cannot enroll your student if you do not have them.
- Student birth certificate
- Proof of address (this must be a recent utility bill dated in the last 3 months, a lease agreement, or a mortgage agreement)
- Parent ID
- Additional items, if applicable:
- Seniors – an unofficial transcript must be submitted at the time of enrollment
- Students with an IEP or 504 Accommodations Plan must submit those documents at the time of enrollment to ensure correct class placement.
The following documents are recommended for enrollment. Having these documents will assist in getting students into the correct classes.
- Immunization record. Parents must provide immunization records to the school within 21 days, or students may be exempted from classes until those documents are received.
- Grades 9-11: Previous school records (transcripts and withdrawal forms from previous schools)
Please be aware that due to our student information system, your student cannot start school on the day you enroll. Your student’s first day of school will be 2 days after they are enrolled. Thank you for your understanding.
