I grew up in Sandy and West Jordan Utah and graduated from West Jordan High School. I have spent 10+ years working in early childhood development and am going back to school to get a teaching degree in special education. When not working, I enjoy reading, going to movies, acting, and singing.

Hi, my name is Jo and I am a resource aide and I love working with the kids here at Frost. I am a wife, mom and grandma. I love to go shooting, do gardening and I love photography.

I was born in Denver, Colorado but she have lived most of my life in Southern Utah. My favorite sport in school was marching band in which I played the tenor saxophone. I received my associates degree in General Studies at SUU just in time to get married, move to Northern Utah, and have my first child. After I had 2 kids I returned to school online and earned my bachelor's degree in Marriage and Family Studies at BYU-Idaho. I now have three children, one of whom has mental health challenges. I am an avid supporter of those with mental disabilities and I encourage my students to be their unique selves. I am allergic to anything that has fur, so I have a Quaker parrot and two parakeets. I have sported all ranges of hairstyles, ride a 3-wheel Spyder motorcycle, play a purple baritone saxophone in the Murray Concert Band, and dissect my ice cream sandwiches and chocolate bars. The library is where I feel most at home. This is my dream job; I love collecting books and sharing their knowledge and use with others.

I was born and raised here in Salt Lake City. I attended the U of U. I have been at at Robert Frost since 2000, mostly as a BHA. I enjoy spending time and vacationing with my family. All 4 of my children attended Robert Frost K-6th.
