Adult Education is an opportunity for students to pursue their educational goals in a supportive environment. Participation in Adult Education is a privilege, not a guaranteed right. Students are expected to respect the learning environment, follow attendance requirements, and demonstrate professional conduct at all times.
✅ Expectations
🕒 Attendance
- Students are expected to follow the program’s attendance policy (removed after 5 absences). ❌
- Excessive absences, tardiness, or leaving early may result in removal from the program. ⚠️
🤝 Respectful Conduct
- Students must treat staff and peers with respect. 🙏
- Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviors will not be tolerated. 🚫
📱 Cell Phones and Electronic Devices
- Cell phones must be silenced and put away during class. 🔕
- Texting, phone calls, or other electronic distractions are not permitted. 📵
🎓 Classroom Behavior
- Students are expected to fully participate in class activities and maintain focus on learning. 🎯
- Side conversations, sleeping in class, or other distracting behaviors interfere with learning and are not acceptable. 😴💬
⚠️ Consequences
- Students who fail to follow these policies will be warned once by program staff. ⚠️
- Continued violations may result in dismissal from the classroom or suspension from the program. ❌
- Serious behavior issues will result in immediate removal from Adult Education with no option for re-enrollment for the remainder of the term. 🚨

Enrollment in Adult Education requires agreement to these expectations. By participating, students acknowledge that they understand and accept the policies outlined above. ✅
