The First Grade enjoyed a trip to the Hogle Zoo on Thursday, October 8th. The students were able to see that all animals have basic needs. These needs include air, water, and food for energy and growth. What better place to learn these concepts than the zoo? The students also looked great in their matching tie-dye shirts.
A huge thank-you to the First Grade teachers for planning this engaging and enriching activity for our students! We also need to thank the chaperons who supervised the students.
