Kindergarten Pre-Registration

Rolling Meadows Elementary is preparing for Kindergarten Pre-registration for the 2021-2022 school year.  If you have a child that will be 5 years old by September 1, 2021, please complete the Online Pre-registration form. We will then contact you to schedule an appointment to complete the registration process.

REGISTRATION FOR THE 2015-2016 SCHOOL YEAR BEGINS JULY 29, 2015!

EVERY STUDENT (INCLUDING RETURNING STUDENTS) MUST REGISTER EACH YEAR.

 

RETURNING STUDENTS

Every student is required to register each school year and show proof of residency. Registration forms will be available July 29th, 2015.

NEW STUDENTS

Every student is required to register each school year and show proof of residency.

You will need to bring:

  • Student’s Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Record
  • Proof of Residence within 30 days (acceptable document would be a utility bill, lease agreement or mortgage statement)
  • Registration Forms–Available July 29th, 2015
  • Apply for free or reduced lunch online

SPECIAL PERMITS

If you do not live within the boundaries of Rolling Meadows, but would like your student to attend our school, you can apply for a Special Permit (The cost for applying for Special Permit is $6).

You will need to bring:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Record
  • USOE Standard Open Enrollment Application–Print and fill it out, or come to the office to obtain a copy
