Parents,
Thanks for everyone’s help and patience today as we worked to get school started. Winter weather conditions are anticipated to continue through Wednesday. At this point in time, we anticipate that Rolling Meadows will be open. However, as with today, we will continue to be lenient when it comes to absenteeism and tardies. Regardless, parents should be making travel decisions based on what their driveway and neighborhood looks like. It is very important to understand that no student will be penalized for non-attendance or tardies due to weather conditions. As such, please make decisions that are in the best interest of your family. We will be here and will notify you of any impacts to our schedule.
Last week, the district published information on school closures. Please review that information and know that we will utilize our phone and email system along with social media (both school and district) to notify you regarding any delays or closures.
