Just a reminder- Tomorrow is our Say Boo to the Flu Clinic. Community Nursing Services will be at the school from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. to provide flu immunizations. The event is open to school employees, students, family members 6 months of age and older and the community. CNS can bill most insurance companies so there is no out of pocket cost. Please bring your insurance card and policy number with you to the clinic. Additionally, CNS can bill CHIP and Medicaid directly so they can administer flu shots to children 18 and younger. The clinic will be located in the gym.
