Ms. Sherrie and her students at Christmas Box House had a great time growing mushrooms. They set up a terrarium and started to grow radishes. Then, upon learning about mushrooms as part of a “forest” habitat lesson, the students asked if they could try growing mushrooms. Students were incredibly enthusiastic about it and ran to look at their plants and the mushrooms each morning the moment Ms. Sherrie got to the door. Though, they were less enthusiastic about eating the mushrooms (as is mentioned in the class verdict below).
