To enroll a new student to Kennedy:
- Please use the School Search Map to verify that your address is in our boundary.
- Items the legal parent/guardian will need to bring with them to enroll their student include:
- Student’s birth certificate.
- Picture I.D. of legal parent/guardian.
- Up to date immunization record; state requirements can be found here Utah Department of Health.
- Proof of address with legal parents/legal guardian’s name on it:
- Accepted proof of address verification includes the following dated no longer than 60 days – rental agreement, mortgage statement OR utility bill (water bill, power bill, etc.), driver’s license cannot be used as proof of address.
- Withdrawal/checkout papers from previous school.
Granite District does have a Guardianship department should you need help establishing legal guardianship.
If you live outside of our boundary, but would still like to attend Kennedy, you will need to complete a School Choice Open Enrollment form.
