Darlene Springer A-Ga
Hello! My name is Darlene Springer. I grew up in Chicago, IL, surrounded by family, culture, and diversity. Learning and education have always been a passion of mine. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from DePaul University, Chicago, IL (majored in Psychology). My Master’s was earned at Northern IL University, DeKalb, IL (majored in Clinical Counseling). I received a School Counselor endorsement (K–12) from National Louis University, Chicago, Il.
2013 brought a cross-country move for my husband and I to West Jordan, UT. Settling down by family and grandkids has been a delight! During free time I enjoy crocheting, reading, cooking, movies and doing anything outdoors!

Mccall Peart– Ge-OL
Hey Crusaders, I’m McCall Peart! This is my first year at Kennedy Junior High School. Before this I worked in the high school. I love working with students to help them find their voice and learn to advocate for themselves. My door is always open for students and parents to listen and help with whatever may be going on at home, school, and in the student’s personal life.
My family and friends mean the world to me. In my family I am known as the World’s Best Aunt to my three crazy nephews! I love being outside – biking, hiking, and paddleboarding.
Karlin Bauman– Or-Z
Hi! I’m Karlin Bauman. This will be my second year at Kennedy and I am so excited for another year as a Crusader! I have loved getting to know all of you and look forward to getting to know you better this year. Here are some things about me so that you can get to know me better too.: My 4 kids, ages 12-22, keep me busy and teach me a lot, although they still haven’t managed to teach me how to do “The Griddy”-still working on that. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my family, whether we’re watching TV or hiking, camping, travelling, or just sitting at home doing jigsaw puzzles. I’ve lived in Utah most of my life but have also spent some time living in Switzerland, France, Virginia, and California. Things that I love: Learning (I am always reading books or listening to audiobooks or podcasts), roller skating, spending time with friends, watching K-dramas, road-trips, 80’s music., and so much more. But most of all, I LOVE being a counselor and doing what I can to help and support students and their families. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if there’s anything you need. Go Crusaders!
