Dear Parents,
We would like to inform you that Elk Run Elementary School had an emergency evacuation today due to a faulty valve in the boiler room. Students quickly and safely exited the school as we have practiced.
The safety of all of our students and staff members is our main concern. All students and staff members are safe. The building was confirmed safe by fire and district officials. The school day will proceed as normal.
We thank you for your concern and will continue to keep all of our students safe. As always, please contact the school if you have any additional questions.
