My name is Brady Arnold-Diaz, my students call me Mr. Brady, and this is my 6th year teaching upper grade special education at Elk Run. I love my job and helping students reach their academic goals through targeted instruction and collaboration with their classroom teacher. A little about me, I lived in the Dominican Republic for four years as a Peace Corps Volunteer, I speak Spanish, I have two dogs, and I am currently pursuing my doctorate degree at the University of Utah (one year left, hopefully). I am happy to be at Elk Run with an awesome administrative team, great teachers, and a positive and encouraging school culture.

This year is my 30th year of teaching, mostly in first and second grades. I graduated from Weber State in 1996 with a degree in Early Childhood Education Special Education. I later got a Master's degree in Elementary Reading and Math. I also have a Gifted Endorsement and an ESL Endorsement. I have been married almost 40 years and have three grown children, one of whom has Down syndrome. I love teaching, especially the little ones. I am so happy to have landed at Elk Run!

Nisha has been practicing speech language pathology since 2003. She has worked in a variety of settings including home health, hospital, and private practice, which has provided her with a wide variety of experience. Her favorite setting, however, is in the schools. She has been with Granite School District since 2014. Nisha works hard to build a good rapport with each child she works with and enjoys seeing these children increase in confidence as they learn skills that help them progress in their education and in life.
