Dear Parents,
Last Wednesday your child attended an assembly called “Sealants for Smiles”. Sealants for Smiles will be returning to our school on January 15th to provide a fluoride treatment for our students during school. If you want your child to take advantage of this free offer, you will need to fill out a yellow permission slip (which has already been given to your child) and return it to school by January 13th. If you do not send the permission slip back to school by January 13th, your child will not be allowed to participate in this program. If you need additional permission slips, they can be picked up at the office.
