Two fatal overdoses in Salt Lake and Iron counties have been linked to the synthetic research drug U-47700. The drug is commonly called “pink” or “pinky” and is legal to purchase. It is readily available for purchase on the internet; primarily from Chinese suppliers. At this point, it is known that the substance is extremely toxic, even in small doses.
