Dear Parents,
We are running about a month behind on our anticipated construction but wanted to update you on the status. We have a contractor who has been awarded the bid on installing our new school security and administration is meeting with them on Thursday, November 21.
We anticipate that the office will move and that the front doors of the building will be closed to the public in the next week or so. At that time, the main entrance to the school will be at the amphitheater doors and the office will be in the room directly adjacent to those doors. The front parking area will be staged as a construction zone and may not be available for any pick up or drop off.
We are evaluating our safety patrol and faculty duties and anticipate that those will change to accommodate our new situation with more people stationed at the west of the building and fewer to the east.
