Daylight Saving Time
On Sunday, March 13, at 2 a.m., we’ll all set our clocks ahead one hour for Daylight Savings Time, the annual springtime ritual that gives us an extra hour of sunlight in the evening. However, this means that travel time to school has the potential to be darker than our usual morning commute.
With that being said, we want to remind everyone to use extra precautions when heading to school. Students and families walking to school:
• Use sidewalks and continue to use safe walking routes
• Use crosswalks Drivers
• Be alert
• Slow down around school zones
Thank you for your continued support as we work to keep students safe.
