School registration is required (either on-line or paper) and must be completed in order for your student to attend school. Please note that if your student is new to Granite School District that you must come to the school to register.
For those that would like assistance in completing the registration forms, we will be open the following dates:
- July 31st from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- August 1st from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
The following documents are required to register:
- Current Proof of Address (utility bill, lease/rental agreement, or mortgage paperwork within the past 30 days)
- Current Immunization Records (7th graders will need to have updated immunizations to attend)
- Birth Certificate or legal government ID if new to the area.
- Fee Waiver Application (you can get one at the school)
- Fee Waivers cannot be approved without documentation of wages. Please bring one of the following:
- 2022 Tax Returns
- 3 most recent check stubs for each working adult in the residence
- Proof of state assistance (DWS paperwork with approval and dates)
- Documentation of Social Security Benefits

You and your student will need to enter through the south doors, nearest the parking lot and will directed where to go upon entry. You will also be provided with required paperwork and the steps needed to complete your student’s registration.
