Panorama Assessment
At Granite Park, students take the Panorama survey to help us identify area of improvement for our
school and learn more about issues our students are facing that we can help address. In order for
students to take this assessment, parents must approve their student’s participation. This past week
we sent home paper permission slip with every student and have had many returned.
To help simplify this process and provide another way for families to approve participation, you can
complete the permission slip digitally by completing the attached survey which is only three

Title 1 Stakeholder Survey
Granite Park is a Title 1 school which means that our school receives extra funding to help reduce the
achievement gap that exists in our school. The funds we used are directly relating to meeting the
needs of all students. We are asking that all stakeholders, complete the attached Title 1 stakeholder
survey; this will help identify areas of success and needed improvement.

Vaccination Clinic
Cottonwood High School will be hosting a vaccination clinic on September 10th from 4:00 pm – 6:30

Important Dates to Remember
- Labor Day is September 2nd and there will be no school on this day
- School Picture Day will be on September 18th.
- Parent Teacher Conferences will be on September 17th and 18th from 4:00 – 7:00 pm.
- We will have a teacher comp day on September 20th and there will not be any school.
