- Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Utah.
- Master of Education in Education Counseling from University of Phoenix.
- Administration and School Leadership Certification from University of Phoenix.
- Has been an educator since 1999.
- Mr. Hutchins taught PE at Skyline High School.
- He was the Head volleyball coach at Skyline from 1999-2017.
- He then was a counselor at Skyline until 2017 when he entered administration.
- His first assignment was at Granite Park Junior High where he spent 1 year.
- He spent 5 years at Taylorsville High as an administrator.
- Mr. Hutchins is an avid University of Utah supporter. He is the lead statistician for basketball, and volleyball and works on the football stats crew.
- He also does shot clock for the Utah Jazz.
- He is married and has 3 children.
- He loves to see students learn and make good choices.
- He is super excited to be at Olympus Junior.
