Ms. Gardner earned her bachelor's degree in English Literature and later completed her professional teaching license in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She has been teaching for 9 years, with experience spanning from Kindergarten through 6th grade. Ms. Gardner is passionate about teaching and creating a classroom environment where students are encouraged to grow both academically and personally. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Gardner loves spending time outdoors. Whether it is hiking, trail running or rock climbing, she finds inspiration in nature and brings that enthusiasm into her teaching. Mr. Twining received his bachelor's of science from Brigham Young University in Technology Teacher Education. He taught for six years in Colorado Springs also earning his Master's of Education from Lesley University in the meantime. He came back to Utah in 2012 and has taught here at Evergreen since 2015. He loves everything technology - video, webpages, robotics, computer science, and problem solving. He is excited to be among the faculty here at Evergreen and grow the technology department.
Outside of school he loves spending time with his wife and five children. He enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, soccer, and racquetball.
