6th and 7th Grade CCRP’s

College and Career Readiness Plans (CCRP’s) for 6th and 7th graders are designed for counselors to get to know their students. We focus on interests, questions, and strengths. It is also a good time for students to ask any questions or let us know of any concerns and how to best support them. We go into the 6th grade success classes, and the 7th grade health classes. This happens in September for 6th graders and November for 7th graders. If you have any questions about this process, please let us know!
