Student schedules will be ready on Thursday, August 8th. Parents/Guardians must complete the required forms on Focus in order to receive their student’s schedule. All schedules will be available to students on August 9th at 8am. If you or your student is in need of a schedule change, please fill out the form below. This form ensures we have an equitable system in place. Counselors kindly request that students fill out this form instead of calling, emailing or visiting them in person for a schedule change.
Please note the following items that may help address your questions or concerns:
1.Many classes are full and we cannot guarantee that the requested change will be possible or that a change will not affect other classes in your schedule. If you see a class you did not request on your schedule, you still may request a change but it may be the only class available at that time.
2. Schedule changes for Semester 1 ONLY will be addressed at this time.
3. A confirmation email when changes are made or explanation email when they are not a possibility will be sent to email addresses provided in this form. Student must attend classes on their schedule until a confirmation email is sent.
