Registering your Athlete

Please complete the following registration steps:

 Register My Athlete allows parents to register their students for sports, and activities online

1. Register yourself as a parent, and your student along with approving the required document through your e-signature.
2. Access the Physical Form A documents (PDF)for your students required annual medical examination.
3. Complete the Acknowledgement of Risk Form(PDF)
4. Complete the Consent for Emergency Care Form(PDF)
5. Provide your head coach a copy of your last quarter’s grades.
6. Pay the appropriate participation fee in the main office for your student’s activity and provide a copy of the fees receipt to your head coach. Participation fees must be paid prior to the first competition.
