Registering your Athlete

Please complete the following registration steps:

 Register My Athlete allows parents to register their students for sports, and activities online

1. Register yourself as a parent, and your student along with approving the required document through your e-signature.
2. Access the Physical Form A documents (PDF) for your students required annual medical examination.
3. Complete the Acknowledgement of Risk Form (PDF)
4. Complete the Consent for Emergency Care Form (PDF)
5. Provide your head coach a copy of your last quarter’s grades.
6. Pay the appropriate participation fee in the main office for your student’s activity and provide a copy of the fees receipt to your head coach. Participation fees must be paid prior to the first competition.
