College and Career Readiness Plan
Counselors meet with students each year to discuss CCRP. Parents are invited to participate in the CCRP meeting. During this meeting, counselors review the following: Progress Toward Graduation, current academic progress, course selection, post-high plans, and current needs.
There are specific days for each grade level when counselors will primarily take appointments for individual CCRPs. If you are unable to attend during the specified days, you can still make an appointment for later in the year.
Seniors
Senior CCRPs will begin in September. Counselors will go into classrooms to provide a presentations in August. Parents and students can schedule individual CCRP appointments with their counselor beginning in September. Please only schedule one appointment per student.
Juniors
Junior CCRPs will begin in November. Parents and students can schedule individual CCRP appointments with their counselor in November.
Sophomores
Sophomore CCRPs will begin in December. Parents and students can schedule individual CCRP appointments with their counselor in March.
Freshmen
Freshmen CCRPs will begin in November. Parents and students can schedule individual CCRP appointments with their counselor in October.
