WHAT: Utah College Application Week also known as UCAW. A designated time where seniors will be applying to at least one college.
WHO: ALL SENIORS
WHEN: October 4-7th in your English Class (you will be called down if you don’t have an English class). Oct 8-15 seniors may go to the Career Center if their application is not completed.
HOW: College representatives, college advisors, and counselors will help you step-by-step.
WHAT TO BRING?
- Credit/Debit Card- College Applicationfees range from $30-$55
- Come prepared with your Social SecurityNumber (if available)
- Driver’s License
- Home Address
- Permanent Resident Card
- Identify 1-2 colleges you want to apply to

- When: October 13, November 10, or December 8
- Time: 5:00 – 8:00 PM
- Where: GHS Library

Before you apply for financial aid:
- Student’s and parent(s)’ Social Security Card (if parent does not have one, that is ok)
- Student’s I-9 paperwork or Permanent Resident Card (if the student has one. Typically, this applies to refugee or asylee students)
- Student’s driver’s license (if the student has one)
- Student’s and parent(s)’ 2020 W-2 forms and other records of taxed income*
- Student’s and parent(s)’ 2020 Federal Income Tax Return**
- Student’s and parent(s)’ current bank statements
- Student’s and parent(s)’ 2020 untaxed income records
- Student’s and parent(s)’ current business and investment, property mortgage information, business and farm, stock, bond, and other investment records***
