Mrs. Adams received her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Utah majoring in Health Promotion & Education, with a minor in Nutrition. She previously received an Associates of Occupational Studies at Scottsdale Culinary Institute, earning a Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Degree. Mrs. Adams owns her own small catering business and enjoys sharing her knowledge and talents with others. She began teaching in 2017, and is excited to be part of the Lancer Family, and to be the FCCLA advisor. Mrs. Adams is a Disney fan, stemming from her childhood and previously working at Disney World, Florida. She enjoys spending time with her family & dogs, baking, watching movies, playing games, and traveling.

Dr. Janet Evenson

Dr. Evenson has taught at Granger since January 2022. Dr. Evenson graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising, The University of Georgia with a Masters of Science in Textile Science, and a Doctorate of Philosophy at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln in Human Sciences and Family Sciences, specialization in Textiles, Clothing and Design and a minor in Museum Studies. Dr. Evenson taught fashion design and merchandising at the Stephens College in Columbia, MO and Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL. Dr. Evenson has fashion industry experience in the buying offices of ZCMI, as a softlines manager for Kmart, and as a quality assurance specialist/technical designer for Cabela’s. In her free time she likes to read, experiment with new recipes, design clothing and accessories, travel, and enjoys photography.

Mrs. Faldmo has been at Granger High since 2006. She thinks the students at GHS are great! When she is not spending her time at G-House, she enjoys traveling with her husband. Go Lancers!

Mrs. Griffith loves teaching at Granger, running the Little Lancer Preschool, and helping with the FCCLA student club. She graduated from the University of Utah in 2011 with a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Human Development & Family Studies and a Minor in Nutrition. She grew up near San Jose, CA, and loves the ocean. She was a mascot in high school and worked with children at her local YMCA. She loves to dance and is happy to be living her dream of teaching.
