As a new student to the Granger network, you will also need to complete the following:
- Make your course selections
- If you have not summitted the necessary documents (proof of address, Immunization record, and birth certificate) you can do so by emailing them to Larias@graniteschools.org OR by making an appointment on the following link:
To complete your registration, you must bring the following documents to the school (3580 S. 3600 W., West Valley City, UT 84119) at your appointment time:
- A current utility bill or lease agreement establishing your proof of residence within the school boundaries (not required for those attending on open-enrollment permit). If the proof of residence is not in the name of the legal guardian of the student, you must complete the “Affirmation of Residence (PDF)” form with a notary.
- Birth certificate accompanied with parent/guardian ID
- Immunization records
- Transcript from Previous School (Optional, but highly encouraged). This will help counselors make an appropriate schedule for your student.
Unfortunately, your student’s registration will not be complete until we receive these documents, and we cannot give your student a schedule until the registration is complete.
