Envision Utah Survey

Dear Parents of Oakwood Students,

 

I am writing to you today to ask for your help. Our school and state need your support and your voice in the Your Utah, Your Future campaign. Please take a moment to fill out a survey that will help build a plan for our state’s future at envisionutah.org.   Not only will you be helping our state, but our school will also receive $1 for every high school student or adult that will participate in the survey. (There will be an option at the end of the survey to list your school.)

Envision Utah wants to gather 50,000 Utah voices to establish a vision for how to keep Utah a great place to live. Our population is projected to double by 2050. This effort was initiated by Governor Herbert and is being led by a local not-for-profit organization called Envision Utah.

Your opinions will be asked on a variety of topics, including air quality, water resources, transportation, agriculture, and of course, education, among others. You can select the choices you like best in any of these topics and vote on what you want Utah to be like in 2050. The survey provides a wealth of information and gives you the freedom to learn as much as you want before you submit your final vote.

I support this effort and am asking you to do the same. By adding your voice, you will be able to shape the future of Utah’s education, making it a better place for your children and their children to live and go to school.
