• Testing will occur Monday-Friday from 2:30 until 6:30 at this location
• No appointments necessary
• We will provide rapid antigen tests and PCR tests
o Rapid antigen results are available in 15 minutes but are not recommended for people without symptoms
o PCR test results come back in 2 days or less and are the most reliable COVID test because it is send to a lab
• All testing is free
• Minors getting tested without their parents will need to sign the attached form, which is a combination of a Minor
Consent Form and a Release of Information.
• Adults getting tested will need to sign a Release of Information, giving the school access to their information.

Where: 4431 South 2700 West, Taylorsville. West parking lot near the main laboratory building. What: Drive-through collection. Register here.. When: Monday – Saturday, 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Type of collection: Saliva PCR or nasal swab PCR collection. Note: Individuals electing saliva testing will need to avoid eating, drinking, smoking, or chewing gum 30 minutes prior to the collection.

The Health Department has also stated that people need to receive quarantine and positive case information directly from the Health Department and not from apps on their devices.
