Good evening Oakwood,
A goal of mine is to make sure that I keep our Oakwood families up to date on all the happenings at school and any unique schedule changes. Here are some important items so that you can better plan out the next three weeks.
This week (March 21 – 25)
– Regular bell schedule Monday-Wednesday
– Keep up on Lexia reading as our March Madness will conclude this week
– Early out day on Thursday, end of the 3rd Quarter, and no Chess Club
– Student non-attendance day on Friday
Next week (March 28 – April 1)
– Teacher Appreciation Week and information is being sent out through the school’s PTA and/or class parent. Thanks to our amazing parents for showing the love to our amazing teachers!
– Early out day on Friday, April 1
The week of April 4 – 8
– Spring Break!!
Once we return in April, our school year will move quickly as our students demonstrate their learning on end of year assessments. I have confidence in our owls that they will perform to the best of their ability. Your teachers will reach out and let you know of what you can be doing at home to help your student be successful!
