Oakwood Elementary School would like to welcome Ms. Benevento starting next school year! Ms. Benevento will be teaching the English portion of the 2nd & 3rd grade DLI program.
Ms. Benevento has a bachelor’s in social science and a teaching certificate from Westminster College, a Masters of Elementary Reading from Grand Canyon University, and is from right here in Salt Lake City.
Ms. Benevento has been teaching for 21 years and was most recently at Spring Lane Elementary.
Ms. Benevento loves most activities related to nature & animals, walking, gardening, and golf. She is a proud Ute fan! Go Utes!
