Oakwood Elementary School would like to welcome Ms. Gao starting next school year! Ms. Gao will be our 3rd Grade Chinese DLI teacher.
Ms. Gao is from Suzhou, China and recently graduated from Southern Utah University with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.
This will be Ms. Gao first year teaching. But during college, she has been doing a lot of practicums in different places and areas around Cedar City. Ms. Gao comes highly recommended by former colleagues due to her effective teaching strategies and working well with students.
Ms. Gao enjoys doing yoga, watching movies with friends, reading books, and stargazing. She loves learning and will be a fun teacher for our Owls!
