Computers and technology
Oakwood is a one to one school with chromebooks for each student. We currently have Chromebook carts distributed through out the school, one for each classroom.
Classrooms are also equipped with voice enhanced (amplified) systems. All classrooms have optical document readers and light boxes. Each classroom has interactive smartboard technology.
Art
Oakwood students experience bi-weekly art lessons with a part time art specialist. We also participate monthly with the “Meet the Masters” program.
Student promotion
Students who graduate from Oakwood are promoted to Bonneville Junior High and then off to Cottonwood High School.

The New Oakwood Elementary
Oakwood has been beautifully rebuilt into a modern, well-designed school. The new building is thoughtfully crafted to support our curriculum and the many extra programs we offer, ensuring a dynamic and functional learning environment for all.
