I grew up right in the area and went to Woodstock, Bonneville, and Cottonwood, before attending Brigham Young University. I am thrilled to be back in the Granite School District and to be teaching!

I have been teaching for 15 years! All of those years have been with K-8 students who need extra social emotional learning needs (SEL). I love teaching here at Oakwood in the lower grade SEL unit. Little kids are my favorite to teach. We have so much fun reading, doing math, art, working on speech, occupational therapy, and learning to live and play with friends.

This is my first year teaching and I'm so excited! I'm from Bountiful and recently graduated from Utah State. I have been married for almost 2 years now and love being with my family. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy playing pickleball, going to movies, or taking a spin (cycling) class! I can't wait to teach this year and learn so much in return!
