Ms. Waddoups 2nd graders were AWESOME at their “Poetry Jam!” They each prepared a poem to recite and did a few as a class. Nothing cuter than 8 year olds rhyming!
Mr. C’s class each got a BIG BAG of cotton candy because we had a substitute teacher tell us, “That was the BEST behaved class I have EVER taught!! They were respectful, on task, and KIND to each other. I would sub for them any day!” Way to go 5th graders!!!

The band and orchestra concert was wonderful! These kids practice so hard. They meet an hour before school and are sounding so good. Great job!!

Mark your calendars! Mrs. Luka & Mrs. Linton have STARS for students! Each class will preform their self-written opera May 20th at 1:30pm They have been painting sets and making costumes!
The Phoenix Band introduced our students to Jazz music today! They told us about the instruments and played some really fun songs!

“Opera By Kids” has been helping our 3rd graders write their own opera! Students have been working hard for several months writing lyrics, composing the score, learning stage presence, acting out, and figuring out costumes. The final production will be Wednesday, May 20th at 1:30pm for parents. At 2:00pm they will perform for the student body.

Kindergarten Field trip!! 70 kids, 30 parents, 2 teachers, and only one fell in the ray/starfish pool! We will count this one as a fun success!! #LovelandLivingPlanetAquarium
Our PTA threw us an all school Pizza and ice cream sunday bar…that’s 70 pizzas!!!
