Student Questionnaire for Next School Year Due by Friday, February 18th
We invite all current Oakwood Owls (K-5) and their parents to complete this questionnaire.
It is time to project our student count for next school year, 2022-23, and to help our teachers become more familiar with their future students. We need your help with this project. Please scan the QR Code or go to our school’s webpage and complete the form by Friday, February 18th.
Information from this questionnaire will help the school to:
– Determine class sizes and teacher assignments
– Plan school financial budgets to best fit out school’s needs
– Give our teachers information to plan for their next year’ students
This is NOT a teacher request form. Class rosters will become available August 2022. Grade generic supply lists will be made available in May 2022 on our school’s webpage.
New Student Referral Program – Priority Registration ends February 17th
Oakwood Elementary has a proud tradition of student excellence and we want to invite all to come and experience what makes Oakwood wonderful. Current patrons of Oakwood Elementary and interested community members may submit contact information for future owls. We will send out information to that future student to help get them enrolled.
