The Louie J. Long scholarship is available to any student athlete who is interested in pursuing a career in education. The scholarship will take into consideration any individual who has an outstanding sense of character, persistence, and integrity. Those wishing to apply should write a brief letter sharing with the selection committee how they have displayed these attributes in their lives and those they have served. Experience in coaching or working with youth will be strongly considered.
