Mr. Humbert has been teaching Engineering & Technology for fourteen years, after a successful career as an Architect. He has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Buffalo, and a Master's of Architecture degree from North Carolina State University. Mr. Humbert teaches many design and engineering classes, and is also a coach for the very successful Track & Field and Cross Country teams here at Olympus High School! Mr. Humbert is the first in his family to have been born in the U.S., and learned English as his third language in kindergarten. His dad was French-speaking Swiss and his mom is German. Mr. Humbert has raced bicycles in three U.S. Olympic Trials, has competed in many U.S. National Championships, and raced for two years in Europe at the Elite level. He also has Nordic ski raced for many years, and still loves to ski and ride on most days of the year!
