College and Career Readiness Plan

Counselors meet with students each year to discuss College and Career Readiness Planning (CCRP). Parents are invited to participate in the CCRP meeting. During this meeting, counselors review the following: Progress Toward Graduation, current academic progress, course selection, post-high plans, and current student needs.

There are specific days for each grade level when counselors will primarily take appointments for individual CCRPs. If you are unable to attend during the specified days, you can still make an appointment for later in the year.

Seniors

12th Grade CCRPs will begin in September. Counselors will go into classrooms to provide a presentation in August. Parents and students can schedule individual CCRP appointments with their counselor beginning in September. Here is a link to some of the information that is covered in a CCRP meeting.

Juniors

11th Grade CCRPs will begin in November. Parents and students will receive email instructions when it is time to sign up for this meeting. The link to schedule this appointment will be added here a few weeks before Junior CCRPs begin. Here is a link to some of the information that is covered in a CCRP meeting.

Sophomores

10th Grade CCRPs will begin in March. Parents and students will receive email instructions when it is time to sign up for this meeting.
