College and Career Readiness Plan
Counselors meet with students each year to discuss College and Career Readiness Planning (CCRP). Parents are invited to participate in the CCRP meeting. During this meeting, counselors review the following: Progress Toward Graduation, current academic progress, course selection, post-high plans, and current student needs.
There are specific days for each grade level when counselors will primarily take appointments for individual CCRPs. If you are unable to attend during the specified days, you can still make an appointment for later in the year. Here is the link to make a CCRP appointment with your counselor.
