The message this week contains the goals and reading blurbs from last week. Your student’s grade in this week’s email will not reflect their final quarter grade.
Churchill On Parade 2022 – Wednesday the 26th from 6 to 7:30pm.
Please share this news with friends and neighbors who are interested in attending Churchill. A big reason Churchill is amazing is because of the amazing families that choose to come here. The school purchased yard signs that say, “Home of a Future Churchill Charger,” I would love to get them out to families that live outside of our boundaries and are planning on coming here next year. If you or someone you know could be interested please have them reach out to our school for a free sign.
Doors Open at 5:30. Presentation starts at 6:00 p.m. sharp in auditorium. Passport activity & touring the school starts at 6:30. DLI French Parent meeting is at 6:45.
PTSA love
I have to take a moment to share gratitude to our wonderful PTSA. PTSA members have saved us in staffing situations multiple times this last month and overall year when we did not have a sub to fill a teaching position. This is huge. Please consider joining or donating to this wonderful partner in your child’s education.
Chess Club
Chess Club is back, with coach Matt, come join us Friday the 28th! The Chess Club will meet every Friday after school 12:30-1:30 in the cafeteria.
Craig Larson
I missed an important Charger in last week’s letter. Craig Larson received the Reflections award of excellence at the regional level. Way to go Craig!
