Hello Churchill families, my name is Jessica Bryant, and I am the Art Teacher here at Churchill.  I started working at Churchill for the 2021 - 2022 school year.  I previously worked at a high school in Princeton, IL. I first graduated in 2009 with a degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations.  After a few years I found myself working at an alternative school for at-risk youth.  There I began to teach art for the first time and discovered how much I enjoy teaching art to the youth.  I was able to see the impact art has on students and just how powerful art can be in the lives of students.  After working at the school for a year I decided to head back to school to earn my teaching license as well as my master’s in art education.  I attended Northern Illinois University and completed my masters in August 2022.
