Registration fees include Basic Fees and Core Class Fees.
Please note that a yearbook is not included in registration fees. Yearbooks are an optional item and can be purchased on the webstore. Please purchase before December 14 to guarantee that your student will receive one at the end of the year.

Basic Fees
Includes Activity Fee, Planner, Technology, Instructional Materials & various activities. A change for the 2018-19 school year is we will not collect the $10 textbook refundable fee. This means we will not be doing refunds at the end of the year. **We are not collecting a refundable fee. There will be NO refunds at the end of the year.**
Core Class Fees
Includes English and Science class fees for 6th, 7th, & 8th grade and Math class fee for 7th and 8th grade only. We charge these at registration since all students take these classes.

Library late fines will be assessed about once a month. All fees will appear on churchillwebstore.com after they are assessed for your convenience in paying. E-mails will be sent to notify you periodically and letters will be sent once each quarter. Any unpaid fees are subject to collections.

Fee Waiver
If you are applying for a fee waiver, your application must be submitted within 30 days of the student’s first day of school. Granite School District requires a new application be submitted each school year. Free and reduced lunch (application below) is not included with the fee waiver.
You will need to bring the completed fee waiver application along with the appropriate documentation to Churchill Junior High and meet with an administrator for review/approval.
