Immunizations for 7th Graders

All 7th grade students need to have current Immunization Records to be in school. Parents have 21 calendar days from 09/03/2020 to turn records into Churchill. After 21 days students will be excluded from school until they have proof of immunizations. Distant learning students still have to provide proof of immunizations because we receive Federal funding.
