Disability Resources:
- Apply for Accommodations at the institution you’re planning to attend
- eg. U of U – Center for Disability Services (link) > after you apply, go to this site and select “New Student Intake”
- You will need some kind of documentation including a letter from a psychologist or doctor, a 504 plan or IEP, or other verification for your required accommodations
- Common diagnoses for accommodations are: ADHD, Visual Impairments/Blindness, Chronic Illness, Deaf or Hard of Hearing, learning disabilities, and more

Mental Health
If you are in crisis, come to the counseling center ASAP. Your counselor, school psychologist, or social worker can meet with you. If you are not at school, here are some resources to utilize instead.
