STEP 1: How to Order Your Transcript
A transcript shows your high school classes, grades, and credits. Some colleges require one as part of your application.
- Visit Granger’s Transcript Request Page and follow the Parchment link.
- Sign in or create an account using a personal email you’ll keep after graduation.
- Select Granger High School, choose the college or organization receiving your transcript, and submit your order.
- Check your email and Parchment account for updates.

Need an official transcript? Have it sent directly to the college. Check each college’s requirements before ordering.

How to pay for post-secondary education
FAFSA
FAFSA stands for Free Application for Federal Student Aid, a free online form provided by the U.S. Department of Education that students and families must fill out to apply for college or career school financial assistance
What the FAFSA Provides
- Federal Grants: Need-based money that does not have to be paid back (such as Federal Pell Grants).
- Federal Student Loans: Low-interest loans with flexible repayment plans.
- Work-Study Funds: Part-time jobs for students to earn money while in school.
- State and Institutional Aid: Many states, colleges, and private scholarships use your FAFSA data to distribute their own financial aid packages

Scholarship
The Utah System of Higher Education provides information about statewide scholarships and aid programs for Utah students. Students should review eligibility requirements carefully because some programs are based on academic preparation, financial need, or technical education pathways.

Work & Learn: Employers That Help Pay for Education
A job may help you pay for your education while you earn income and build experience. These employers operate in Utah and offer education benefits for eligible employees.

| Amazon — Career Choice | Prepays tuition and provides reimbursement for approved books and fees, up to an annual maximum, for eligible employees and programs. |
| UPS — Earn & Learn | Offers up to $5,250 per calendar year in tuition assistance, with a $25,000 lifetime maximum. Available at selected locations. |
| McDonald’s — Archways to Opportunity | Offers tuition assistance and other education support to eligible employees at participating restaurants. Ask the restaurant manager about participation. |
